Between Landscapes：Lee Shu Ju Solo Exhibition
「這是一場不斷流變、生長的過程，一如初次站在風景前的悸動。」
在李淑如的創作中，風景並非單純被觀看的對象，而是一場與自然與內心共鳴的感官經驗。她不單描摹外在景象，而是將身體作為感知的容器，讓情緒與回憶在色彩的堆疊中逐漸生長。畫面中的風景，既來自親眼所見，也源於心底的回聲。她以柔緩而堅定的筆調，描繪時間的流動與情感的紋理，使每幅作品都如同被輕輕掬起的記憶。
李淑如透過繪畫追尋並留住那些難以言喻的瞬間——光的溫度、風的形狀、空氣的濕度、水的流動與草木的氣息。每一道筆觸，既是感官記憶的延伸，也是她與自我、與自然之間對話的方式。隨著油彩層層展開，曾被忽略的感受重新浮現，化為畫中靜謐而生動的自然節奏。觀者得以在凝視之間，聽見自然的低語，也在其中看見風景與心靈相互映照的瞬間。

In Lee Shu-Ju’s painting, landscape is never merely something to be observed; it is a sensory encounter where nature and the inner self resonate with one another. Rather than depicting the visible world, she treats the body as a vessel of perception—allowing emotions and memories to take form and grow through layers of color. The landscapes on her canvas arise both from what she has seen and from what echoes within her mind. With a touch both tender and assured, she traces the flow of time and the texture of feeling, so that each painting becomes a gently cupped fragment of memory.
Through painting, Lee seeks to capture and preserve those elusive moments—the warmth of light, the shape of the wind, the humidity of air, the movement of water, and the breath of vegetation. Every brushstroke extends the thread of sensory memory, becoming a dialogue between the artist, her inner world, and the nature that surrounds her. As layers of pigment unfold, sensations once overlooked quietly reemerge, transforming into the serene yet vivid rhythm of nature within her works. In this stillness, the viewer is invited to hear the whispers of the natural world, and to witness the fleeting moment where landscape and spirit reflect one another.
李淑如
1981年生於桃園，畢業於國立台灣藝術大學美術系、台北藝術大學美術學系碩士，桃園私立變形蟲美術短期補習班創辦人。擅長將外在景象轉化為內在語言，早期以水墨創作為主，主題多以情感與生活片段為核心，流露出細膩心緒與詩性結構。近年轉以油畫為主要媒材，將創作焦點轉向風景，以更具層次的筆法與色彩變化，探索情感與風景的連結。
其作品多為記憶、感受與想像的融合，以誠摯的筆觸記錄風與光的呼吸，也藉由色彩堆疊映照出生命不斷生長的樣貌。曾舉辦個展《去有風的地方》（2024，A8藝文中心），《記憶轉存的真實性》（2014，南北畫廊），並參與多項聯展。
